H1N1 Flu Clinics Scheduled/Vaccine Update
Seasonal Flu Vaccine Update

There will be an upcoming H1N1 Flu Clinic on December 15th and 18th at our Forest Family Physicians location in Forest.  There will also be an additional H1N1 Flu Clinic at our Staunton River Family Physicians location on December 23rd and 30th. The hours for the Flu Clinic at the Staunton River office will be 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.   Appointments may be scheduled for the H1N1 Flu Clinic on line or by calling the office and selecting option 1 for appointments.  Other offices now have H1N1 flu vaccine available as well.  As of December 9th, 2009, the CVFP offices are still out of the seasonal Flu vaccines.  We will post more information for patients regarding vaccine availability as the vaccine arrives in the office and we will continue to send web bulletins to patients who are enrolled with our website.  Please check back frequently for updated information on both the seasonal Flu and the H1N1.
