Driving Directions:

Directions: Monelison Family Physicians is located on the southbound side of Route 29 in Madison Heights. We are adjacent to the Randolph Memorial Baptist Church and located diagonally across the road from the Madison Heights Wal-Mart. If you are approaching the office from Charlottesville, we are the 2nd driveway to the right after the traffic light at Woodys’ Lake Road. If approaching our office from Lynchburg, we are approximately 4 tenths of a mile on the left after the traffic light at Dillard Road. Please look for the blue and yellow CVFP-Monelison Family Physicians sign, which clearly marks our driveway.
